Actors of the World was founded in New York City in 2001. The Company is committed to producing theatre plays of high artistic quality that reflect different realities and sensibilities from around the world. In the last six year, dozens of actors, directors and artists have participated in our theatre productions.
Since 2001, Actors of the World has produced the following plays:
2001-2002 Season:
- The Day You'll Love Me by José Ignacio Cabrujas
2002-2003 Season:
- Winter Under the Table by Roland Topor
2003-2004 Season:
- Cloudtectonics by José Rivera
- Manhatitlan by Marco Aponte and Lance Lattig (based on the play Ton Beau Capitaine by Simonne Schartz-Bart)

2004-2005 Season:
- Ciudad Manhattan (Spanish version of Manhatitlan)
2005-2006 Season:
- Una Noche de Teatro Breve (the play consisted of three short plays):
1. Las Pinzas by Roman Chalbaud
2. Una Cordial Discrepancia by Pedro-Monge Rafuls
3. Manhatitlan by Marco Aponte and Lance Lattig
- Huis Clos (No Exit) by Jean-Paul Sartre
2007-2008 Season
- We devoted this season to developing an educational program that combines theater with language teaching. As a result, we produced three short student films: La Apuesta Perfecta, Casa de Locos and Trato Hecho (see Education link).
2008-2009 Season
- This season the Company will produce The Last Session by Johnny Gavlovski.
